1. Use of the Website and Services

1.1 The company TEKTOUM S.A. (herein after “Nesean Plaza”) provides specific information and services (hereinafter the “Services”) through its website (hereinafter the “Website”). Any provision and use of the Website and these Services by the visitor/user (hereinafter “User”) is subject to the following Terms and Conditions of the personal data protection policy.

1.2 Nesean Plaza follows a specific procedure to safeguard the protection of personal data that the User knowingly and voluntarily enters through the Website and knowingly and voluntarily discloses to Nesean Plaza (hereinafter “Personal Data”) and sets the following Terms and Conditions of the personal data protection policy. Regarding objections, the User may specifically request the correction, temporary non-use, blocking, non-transmission, or even the deletion of their personal data.

5.3 To exercise the rights granted to the User under the aforementioned provisions, it is necessary to contact Nesean Plaza as defined in Clause 8 of this agreement and to provide written notification to the company regarding the User’s claims.

6. Amendment of Terms and Conditions

The company may at any time modify the Terms and Conditions of the personal data protection policy. The User must check for potential changes; if they continue to use the Website and Services, it is presumed that they accept the modified Terms and Conditions. Otherwise, they must refrain from using the Website and Services.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Greek Law. The courts of Athens shall have exclusive jurisdiction regarding any dispute or claim that may arise from these Terms and Conditions.
